What to Expect Next:
- Check your email for a welcome note from us that includes a form to fill out and return so we know what industry and location pairings to set up for you. Within 48 hours of getting that form back from you we will assign a Deal Flow Manager to your account and get your services started. We’ll also be letting you know about some great add-on services that are available to you to make your Deal Flow Services even more automatic, and even more effective for you!
- Remember that our services will automatically renew at the frequency you selected (Quarterly | Semi-Annually | Annually) unless you inform us in writing prior to the next billing date of your desire to cancel the service. The automatic renewal is active on both the main industry/location pairing as well as any additional pairings to which you subscribed.
- Last – Please note, there are NO REFUNDS on these services for any reason, but you are free to cancel renewal of the services at any time by simply sending a note to your assigned Lead Flow Manager. If you do choose to cancel, though, we will request that you let us know why. We strive to provide the best possible customer experience and value and we want to be your trusted partner for as long as you need services like these.
