This page is meant to comply with all Rules of Professional Conduct. Profiles for each attorney include the states where they are admitted to practice.
Prior to the collection of any fees, Navvee will conduct a conflicts check based on the information provided by the prospective client to ensure that no conflicts exist that would ethically preclude Navvee from representing the client. Use of Plural Nouns
Multiple pages on this website use plural nouns and pronouns (i.e., we, us). Navvee reserves the right to add new team members as well as establish partnerships or business relationships with separate firms, entities and individuals at any time. Working with Navvee may mean working with one of these partner organizations as opposed to a full time employee of the firm. At all times when that occurs the firm will provide advance notice to the client and provide the client the ability to accept or reject the partner or associate assistance. Should the client reject the associated assistance, Navvee reserves the right to terminate the client relationship as further provided for in the engagement letter or fee agreement with the client.
Unlimited Emails and Text Messaging in Packages
As stated in the package descriptions and as further provided for in the Terms and Conditions specific to that package as provided to the client at the time a package is selected and signed up for by the client, the response times are intended to take a maximum of 24 hours but in no case will a delay result in any sort of liability or breach of contract on the part of Navvee. These are intended service standards that may be affected by numerous other forces or conditions outside the control of Navvee.
DocReview services that are based on pricing per redlined page of a document includes all redlines in a document no matter how minor. However, a page does not count as being redlined unless there are more than 3 redline changes on that page. If there are multiple pages with fewer than three redline changes, the total corrections on those pages are combined and then divided by 3 to determine how many redline pages will be charged. If this combination and division results in remainder (i.e., pages with 1 or 2 redline corrections totals 11 corrections, 11 / 3 = 3 (3*3=9), with two redline corrections left over) the remainder corrections are provided at no additional charge (i.e., in the prior example, the 11 corrections would result in 3 redlined pages, not 4). For clients who take advantage of the DocReview service, a full accounting of changes will be provided with the bill so that there are no issues about how many corrections were made on which page, which pages resulted in full charges on their own and which pages were only partially redlines and were combined with all other partial redlines to come up with the final service cost. Note that if there is any research or other work that is required prior to DocReview those will be called out during the DocEval process and any additional charges will be disclosed to the client prior to the DocReview services being rendered.
Combination of Legal and Business Advisory Services
This page and the services offered by the firm are meant to comply with all Rules of Professional Conduct. Navvee makes every effort to ensure that there are no issues with services that involve both business and legal assistance. Should any issue come up Navvee will make any adjustments that may be required to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable law and professional ethics standards and rules. Further, Navvee will work to ensure the same level of ethical compliance by any. and all of its agents, associates, partners and other affiliated organizations and individuals and will terminate relationships that put the firm or its clients at unacceptable risk.
Further disclosures and disclaimers will be provided within the Terms and Conditions for the specific service package or the fee agreement or engagement letter for customized hourly or fixed fee engagements. For more information, contact Navvee using the Contact Us form on the website.
