Navvee is pleased to announce the addition of Ms. Shaily Soni to the team. Ms. Soni is a seasoned Indian corporate lawyer and a recent Master of Laws graduate from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law.
Shaily’s practice is focused on advising companies and entrepreneurial individuals across all aspects of investing and setting up operations, operating a subsidiary or joint venture, employing and terminating workforce, managing shareholder and director relations, developing and executing contracts, distributing and selling products, business legal compliance and shareholder relations.
Since 2016, she has been advising clients on business operations and mergers and acquisitions across diverse sectors including technology, construction, manufacturing and distribution, medical diagnostics, and cyber security and hacking.
Shaily studied law for 5 years in Mumbai, India, and has over 6 years of relevant corporate legal advisory experience. She subsequently completed the LLM course at USC Gould School of law with a certification in Transnational and Business laws, where she was amongst the top 10% of graduates at Gould in 2023, leading to her induction in the National Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
To complete the migration of her law practice to the United States, Shaily has joined the team at Navvee and will be sitting for the California Bar Exam in 2024.
